  • You have not used our services extensively (consultation not completed)

3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Stripe Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (3-5 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (1-3 business days)
  • Skrill: Refunded to your Skrill account (1-3 business days)

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Services used for more than 7 days
  • Services where the client has received significant value
  • Services cancelled due to client's change of mind after completion

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If only part of the service was delivered
  • If there were technical issues preventing full service delivery
  • If the client is partially satisfied with the service

Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Processing Time

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

8. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. If currency conversion is required, it will be done at the current exchange rate, and any conversion fees will be borne by the client.
